We only sell consumer fireworks (DOT 1.4G) as certified by the CPSC.

This merchandise is sold strictly upon the condition that the seller, or his agents, shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident, injury, or arrest that may occur during the transportation, handling, storage or sale of this merchandise.

When purchasing fireworks from Coney Island Fireworks you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coney Island Fireworks from any and all legal consequences, damages or fees arising from the transportation, storage, handling, sale and/or use of fireworks.  You are responsible for your actions.

Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you obey all pertinent laws including Federal, State, County, City, and other local laws.
