YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE FIREWORKS.

PRODUCTS(LEGALITIES):

To purchase 1.4/consumer fireworks you must have an out of state drivers license; we must make a photo copy of your license and you must sign a release form; pa. Residents must have an approved permit and a driver’s license and also be ready to have it photocopied.

No id is required to purchase pa safe and sane fireworks such as sparklers, pinwheels, fountains, ground spinners, smoke bombs, and novelty items.

We accept visa, master card, am. Exp., and discover cards; of course we also accept cash; sorry no checks, money orders, or i.o.u's.

When you leave the store it is your responsibility to use the fireworks in accordance with the laws as mandated by the state where you are taking them; Coney Island Fireworks will not be held liable for any misuse or resale of any fireworks purchased from it.
