TERMS:
No ifs, ands, or buts!!!

- You must be 18 yrs. old to purchase fireworks.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- You must have a valid out of state drivers license to purchase fireworks.
- A copy of your license is required to be kept on file and you must sign a release form.
- PA residents must have a valid, authorized permit to purchase fireworks. A copy of
  this permit can be printed from this site.
- All orders must be picked up at our showroom.

PAYMENT
There is a 6.25% sales tax.
All prices are subject to change.
All sales are final, NO refunds or exchanges.
We accept case, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. No checks and/or money orders of any kind.

Discounts will be taken on the pre-tax total and after any promotional/coupons have been redeemed.
No Discounts on any full case lot purchases.
Full case lot purchases will be rung up separately from any retail/or shelf items.
